She's a big fan of on-the-go snacks

If you're a vegan, finding healthy snacks that still cater to your sweet tooth can be challenging. And although there are plenty of options on the market, there's always a chance you'll end up with something that tastes bland or is simply not satisfying.

Luckily, Selling Sunset's Heather Rae El Moussa just shared her favorite vegan snacks on Instagram in a Q&A with her followers. And based on the reviews, they'll definitely leave you wanting more.

In case you didn't already know, Heather has been a vegan for quite some time now and has been outspoken about animal cruelty. She even did a campaign with PETA while preparing to marry her now-husband Tarek El Moussa.

Last year, Heather took to social media to reveal she's been vegan for more than ten years. She captioned her post, "Fun fact about me is that I’ve actually been vegan since I was 22 years old and never looked back since. Eating plant-based is a choice I made a while ago because it honestly makes me feel so much healthier and it’s something that’s really worked for me plus I care about animals so it all aligns." She added that being vegan has always been a personal choice that helps the environment in a small way.

Whether you're looking to restock your pantry with more variety or are hoping to venture out into a vegan lifestyle for the first time, read on for nine nutritious snacks from Heather that are guaranteed to satisfy your cravings.

Heather reaches for a treat from Unreal when she's on the go. They're gluten-free, and low in sugar. Plus, they're perfect for sharing!

Rave review: "Freaking delicious! My friends and I sampled everything in this pack and loved it all! I’ve been craving some peanut M&Ms, and these absolutely hit the spot!"

"The kids loooove these!" said Heather. "[They have] lots of flavors, but caramel is their fave." Some of their popular options include mocha almond fudge and double chocolate delight.

Rave review: "I ate the the whole box in a weekend when it was meant to be my little cheat treat for the next month. Lol."

These tasty treats have less than 5 grams of sugar in each bag. Another bonus? One bag equals one serving, which means you won't have to hold back on your cravings.

Rave review: "Got these for stocking stuffers and now they are all I care about. YUM!"

"Love these Rise bars! [The] cinnamon flavor is my favorite," said Heather. These bars are packed with 15 grams of protein and only contain five ingredients.

Rave reviewer: "I am in love with these bars! I love the texture and flavor! I am on an autoimmune paleo diet for digestive issues, and these offer just the right everything for when I am home and hangry, when I am traveling and hangry, when I crave a sweet breakfast or snack. They are my new favorite!"

Okay, this isn't really a snack by itself. But Heather also likes protein powder in her smoothies. Tru Plant Protein is her go-to. "Well I might be a little biased, but I drink this all the time," she said. "So yummy!"

Rave reviewer: "I put it in my overnight oats, and it tastes like I was eating a banana and peanut butter muffin the next day. I really love that these products don’t only taste good but they really use the best of the best ingredients! Would recommend."

When she wants more variety, Heather also stocks up on Mary's Gone Crackers. They come in four different flavors and are a great source of potassium.

Rave reviewer: "I must say they are the best crackers I've ever had. All of the flavors are great. The texture is crisp and crunchy without being too dry. The little bits of seeds and quinoa in them add even more to the texture."

As Heather mentioned on her IG story, these RawRev Glo bars are gluten free and have 11 grams of protein. Plus you can satisfy your sweet tooth while keeping your sugar count low.

Rave reviewer: "These bars are by far a favorite! I have tried over 20 protein bars, and these are so delicious. My absolute favorite is peanut butter chocolate. Tastes like middle of Reese peanut butter cup."

Another snack Heather likes to keep hand for when she's on-the-go is dried mangoes. And if mangoes aren't your thing, the brand also sells six other variations of dried fruit including apricots, coconut, and figs.

Rave reviewer: "The only ingredient is mango, which I prefer. This product has no added sugar or chemicals and has great flavor. Now my only problem is that I need to up my monthly subscription amount, because the two bags I had been getting don't last long enough. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"

So while this isn't necessarily a snack in itself, it can definitely be used as a dip for vegan chips. For Heather, she reaches for Kite Hill's dairy free cream cheese to add on her breakfast bagels.

Rave reviewer: "The flavor and consistency are exactly how I remember cream cheese! It works well on bagels, in sauces, and baked into cheesecakes. So thankful to have a great dairy free option!"
