It’s bean a longtime coming. Nationally-acclaimed, and Greenville-born + brewed, Methodical Coffee is moving its production operations to a 39,500+ sqft warehouse in Travelers Rest in early October.

While the space, located next to Grace Church in Travelers Rest (999 Geer Hwy.), won’t feature a retail coffee shop, it will house Methodical’s new production facility + will consolidate roasting, packaging, and shipping operations —  increasing the speed of production. The space will also feature a training lab that will be used to teach baristas how to make your favorite drinks and to host coffee and tea classes and public events.

The remaining space in the warehouse will be used to create the “Methodical Manufactory.” Methodical says it wants to bring together “like-minded ventures in a collaborative environment”.

Here’s how that space will be split up:

3,885+ sqft | Co-working kitchen There will be a dedicated space for food product businesses that need a DHEC-approved kitchen but don’t have a brick and mortar location (think: Brands like Common Pops and Lumineaux Chocolate, the kitchen’s first two tenants). Each company will have its own workspace + storage.

6,692 sqft | GOAT Climbing Chamber Local nonprofit GOAT (Great Outdoor Adventure Trips) will create the only nonprofit climbing center in South Carolina, offering a sliding pay scale to make indoor climbing accessible for everyone, no matter their ability to pay.

5,314 sqft | Still available What do you think could fit in the rest of the space? Be the broker + let us know.
